How to generate QR codes in bulk

1. Paste your list. Add one link or piece of text per line. If you have a spreadsheet, copy the column and paste it here.

2. Name the files if you want. Write a name before a comma, such as table-12,https://example.com/menu. Otherwise files are numbered automatically.

3. Download the ZIP. Choose SVG for print or PNG for screens, then open the ZIP and scan a few samples before you print the full batch.

Common uses

Batch QR codes are useful whenever each item needs its own destination: product labels and packaging, table numbers in a restaurant, event badges, equipment and inventory tags, or a different link for each store or sales rep.

Static or trackable?

This tool creates static codes. The content is stored in each code, so they keep working on their own and do not expire, but they cannot be edited or tracked after printing.

If you need scan statistics or want to change destinations later, use trackable QR codes instead. For a single contact card, the vCard QR code generator is simpler.

Frequently asked questions

How many QR codes can I create at once?

Up to 500 per batch. If you need more, split your list and run another batch.

Is the bulk QR code generator free?

Yes. You can create and download batches without an account or a credit card.

Is my list uploaded anywhere?

No. The codes are created in your browser, so your list is not sent to our server.

Can I generate QR codes from Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. Copy a column of links and paste it into the box. To set file names, use a formula that joins the name and link with a comma, then paste the result.

Do these QR codes expire?

No. Static codes contain their content directly, so the code itself does not expire. A link inside it will only work as long as that web page stays online.
